Luay has thirty years of experience in banking operations, call centre management and customer service. As the VP & Head of Bank Operational Division at Bank Aljazira, Luay is responsible for a number of areas, including operational control, consumer finance and corporate operations.
Luay previously acted as VP Bank Aljazira’s Human Capital, Call Center & Telesales, and Collection divisions. He has also held other senior positions at SABB, Arab National Bank and Samba Financial Group. Luay has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and has secured a number of awards for his work running call centers and customer service teams.
